Important - COVID-19 Shipping delays

Across the United States and Canada, shoppers continue to rely heavily on e-commerce and shipping couriers to receive their online purchases, especially during these trying times.

In order to respect government restrictions, we are currently operating with smaller teams which might considerably slow down our processing times and create some uncontrollable delays, please rest assured that we are doing our very best to ship out your package safely and in a timely manner.  

Once we process orders, they enter the hands of our prized front-line workers at Canada Post and the US Postal Service. These courageous couriers face the combined pressures of ongoing unprecedented volume and the need to practice social distancing and other measures to ensure the safety of their workers.

As a result, Canada Post, USPS and other couriers are seeing delays of 7 to 10 days, and in some cases longer. Shipping across the continent or to rural destinations seems to take more time.

It is our wish to provide immediate service for all our customers, but the current and developing situation means that delays are, in many cases, unavoidable. In most cases packages arrive on time, but we like to give you a heads up in case its late. We sincerely appreciate your patience and loyalty, and we continue to work hard to process all orders in a timely fashion. Thank you.
